Hours do not rollover, you are billed monthly in advance of services. Any additional add-ons for services outside the regular scope of our work together will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you would like these tasks to be a staple of your package, they can be included as an add-on to your monthly rate. If needed, additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate, that will be charged on a per-hour basis and added to your next invoice
