I've known and worked with Eugenta for the better part of a decade while she held the position of Executive Assistant. I can say with certainty that I have not met another person with her unique blend of competencies. Eugenta has mastered the role of Executive Assistant – skillfully providing support as well as the requisite screening necessary to her role. Truthfully, Eugenta would do well in any role that combines people, process and projects. It would be no stretch to see Eugenta in a Project Manager position. Competence, character and a fantastic personality - Eugenta is all that and more.

I have known Eugenta for more than twenty years. From the time she became associated with the ministry of Full Gospel Church, she demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities. Not many years thereafter I employed her as my administrative assistant. In working closely with her I was able to more accurately discern her attributes and what she could contribute to reaching the vision and goals I had set. She has most definitely reached my expectations.  Her aggressiveness is well-tempered with a mild and wholesome attitude. She gets along well with others and willfully commits to the programs, vision, and goals I present her with. Eugenta is a major asset to the Full Gospel Church ministry.  It is a pleasure to have her as my Administrative Assistant.

Eugenta and I met twenty-two years ago.  Her strengths are many.  She demonstrates outstanding dependable skills in all aspects of executive administrative support. She negotiated and managed various contracts around the corporate office. She is extremely proficient at handling difficult situations, multi-tasking, and always applies a calm, level-headed, compassionate way of supporting me and my team.  Her other key attribute is her ability to manage me and other executive assistants remotely as my role was spent on the road 60% of the time. She is extremely proficient and demonstrates outstanding computer skills. She has a very collaborative approach to her teammates at all times.  Her partnership has been invaluable to me over the years. Her spirit and level of customer service is best in class.
